That, Lapulapu Elementary School is a producer of productive, value oriented and skilled learners in an effective and friendly learning environment with shared goals and strong partnership among stakeholders for a strong republic.
School Objectives
1. To preserve the school as the avenue of acquiring education and adaptable of employing relevant curriculum that raises the maximum performance of the learners.
2. To develop the climate in the school where teachers, parents, pupils and prominent stakeholders co-exists harmoniously and cooperatively where the school serves as the access to outstanding learning atmosphere.
3. To establish the trust and transparency of any resources and to maintain friendly atmosphere in the school with the stakeholders as partners to respond the needs of the physical facilities to Adopt-A-School-Program which promote enjoyable learning convenience of the learners.
4. To maintain strong partnership with School Adaptors, Business Sectors, and Local Officials and sustain firm relation between the community and the school, teachers, parents as well as the pupils regardless of ethnical/tribal origin and religious affiliation.
